High Street Phoenix, formerly known as Phoenix Mall, is one of the largest shopping malls in India. It was one of the first mill companies to go in for redevelopment; the compound has been redeveloped and includes a luxury tower, hotel, and shopping mall whereas the chimney is reminiscent of its past. The seven-screen cinema here is within a stand-alone building next to the Palladium Mall.

The cinema has been designated to be overhauled with current requirements & a completely new design language. Being constructed in phases it offered numerous challenges of adapting design into existing site situations & regulation requirements. Meticulous details for multiple zones with myriad specifications become the essence to develop a spectacular design project. The cinema design has been developed in association with Studio Gronda & BMLD of Spain.
