The prime focus for developing this waterfront was the Peripheral tracks for cycling and jogging which gave the 360-degree view of the lake in the city. The layout of the land was made in such a way that there was something for each age group. There were many water sports and ferries proposed as attracting activities for increasing the footfall at the lake. A luxurious restaurant was proposed over the artificially made island in the center of the lake which could be the most striking feature of the whole project.  Various gardens and walkways created in the plaza and the covered food court area with the merchandising zone were other facilities added to the layout. 

The eye catcher and favourite attraction point was the Lakaram Eye inspired after the 'London eye'.
